Overview
Silicon
steel (CRGO) coils are hard and brittle
with elongated grain structure. For desired grain refinement, mechanical
properties and bright surface finish, they are processed in a protective
atmosphere in direct oil fired Continuous Annealing (Normalising)
furnaces.
Classification
They are categorized into two types :

- Coil to Coil Annealing Line
