For WordPress users
Just go to Options >> Writing >> Update Services (text box).
By the way, if you are gonna fill your "Update Services" box with all the posted links, it'll make new posts too slower... Try to use all of them and IF they make new postings too slow, you are free to remove few links.
Apparently you just need to put the one in the wordpress admin, http://pingomatic.com and it pings all the others.
In addition Blog Flux offers a tool for automatically pinging a number of services, simply by entering your blogs url.
