Dipak Sircar
Chairman and Managing Director

A reputed name in the Indian STEEL milieu, he has been heading Dassnagar group for the last 30 years. A graduate in Mechanical engineering from Regional Engineering College Durgapur, he is the key driving force behind one of the fastest growing Steel plant equipment manufacturing companies, operating from India. From a one man/machine company to the present strength of 150 employees, besides three workshops equipped with sophisticated machines, he has seen all the way. He is one of the front runners in coil processing technology and heads the design engineering. Also a great exponent of  power transmission gear box design. Playing Lawn tennis is his passion, besides listening to Indian classical music.

Shyamal Sircar
Technical Director

A graduate in Mechanical engineering from Bengal Engg College Shibpur, Shyamal leads the manufacturing wing. This includes deployment of latest manufacturing processes, tools, process sheets for piece part manufacturing, shop floor load planning and sequencing. Prior to that, he has to his credit design of the first "Roll Forming Line" supplied by Dassnagar to BALCO in 1989. Additionally he looks after various operational roles, Site planning, QC, Purchase and inventory control.
