Dassnagar successfully commissioned the state of the art high end CR Slitting line
(1560 mmx 0.3mm x 16 slit), wide cut to length line ( 1560 mm x 0.3mm ), narrow cut to length line (600mm x 0.3mm) for Tata Ryerson’s Faridabad unit.
Dassnagar adds cnc turnmill and cnc horizontal machine centre to its machining facilities.
NOW to commensurate with the need of higher production demand, Dassnagar has installed high capacity MAZAK CNC turning cum milling machine in their Unit#3 works.

multi-blanking lines
Dassnagar joined hands with Red Bud Industries, one of the world's
largest multi-blanking line builders, to market their hi-tech Coil
Processing lines in India. These lines feature state of art hydraulic grip
feed technology, injecta head slitter, electronic stacking of multiple
blanks, precision hydraulic and electrical controls. With this tie-up, Dassnagar
achieves status of an end to end solution provider of Multi-blanking
lines with online Slitting and shearing .

Dassnagar commissions auto-grade Cut-to-Length line at
Tata Ryerson, Jamshedpur. The line features
Red Bud coil processing equipment. The erection and commissioning was done

Dassnagar.
Dassnagar supplies 'Slitting Line' to National Steel
Dassnagar has successfully commisioned a
turnkey
Slitting Line
installation at M/s. National Steel, Indore plant. The slitting line
features quick change slitter head, belt bridle tensioner besides
conventional equipment.
Dassnagar to modernise existing Pickling Line at
National Steel
Dassnagar has secured order to modernise an existing Pickling Line at
NSIL-Indore factory.
Dassnagar supplies Roll Forming Line to process
color coated coils
Dassnagar successfully commissioned its first portable
Roll Forming line suited
to forming of color coated coils to
pre-defined profile geometry, to suit structural requirements. The Roll Forming line
features a post-cut shearing
section with a mechanical start-stop type profile shear
for shearing to a predefined length, with repetitive accuracy. A drop
stacker is provided at the roll forming line exit, for automatic
stacking of roll formed panels on top of a trolley standing on rails. The
equipment can be floor mounted with foundation bolts, eliminating expensive
civil work.
Dassnagar to supply Roll Forming Line to Thai Steel
Dassnagar has secured order for supplying of a continuous Roll Forming Line
to M/s Thai Steel Pvt Ltd. The line is due to be commissioned by end of
2003.
Dassnagar to supply Electrolytic Cleaning line to a German
company
Dassnagar has bagged a turnkey order for supply of a high current density
Electrolytic Cleaning line to a German firm. The line speed will be 300 MPM
with a cleaning purity of 92%.
